We don’t pay for all repairs to your home.
If you or your visitors cause damage — like:
- 🔨 Breaking a window
- 🔑 Losing your keys
We will fix it, but you will have to pay.
How It Works
- We’ll tell you if you need to pay
- Then we’ll send you a bill (invoice)
- You might be able to:
- Pay in instalments
- Claim the cost back through your home insurance
When You Move Out
Each year, we spend a lot of money fixing empty homes.
Some of this is normal wear and tear, but some is because of:
- Damage
- Rubbish or belongings left behind
If we have to clear your home or fix damage after you leave, we will charge you for the cost.
