Jessica Douglas FCIPD

Jessica Douglas is the Head of People at Colchester City Council, with 24 years of experience within HR management with responsibility for HR Strategy, organisational development, people operations, and equality, diversity and inclusion.

Jessica is a Director of Vine HR and a member of the Governance Board for the payroll shared service with Braintree and Epping Forest District Councils.

Jessica started her career in the civil service, has worked for two social housing providers and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
