Office Opening times

Reception in our Pier Avenue office will be closing for general enquiries at 1pm on Tuesday  24^th December 2024 and will reopen at 10am on Monday 6th January 2025.

However, our telephone lines will continue to be manned until 4pm on Tuesday 24^th December 2024

Our Visitor Information Centre in the Town Hall will be closing for general enquiries at 3pm on Tuesday 24^th December2024 until 9am on Thursday  2^nd January 2025, however the Princes Theatre box office will be open from 9am to 3pm on 26^th December 2024 through to 29^th December 2024.

All urgent matters will continue to be dealt with as usual as the majority of front line services continue for residents. The Out of Hours service is fully open and can be contacted on 01255222022 for all emergencies. This service is available 24/7.
