Reception in our Pier Avenue office will be closing for general enquiries at 1pm on Wednesday 20th December 2023 and will reopen at 10am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
However, our telephone lines will continue to be manned until 4pm on Friday 22nd December 2023.
Our Visitor Information Centre in the Town Hall will be closing for general enquiries at 3pm on Friday 22 December 2023 until 9am of Tuesday January, however the Princes Theatre box office will be open from 26th December 2023 through to 1st January 2024.
Both of our receptions will open again at 10am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
All urgent matters will continue to be dealt with as usual as the majority of front line services continue for residents. The Out of Hours service is fully open and can be contacted on 01255 222022 for all emergencies. This service is available 24/7.
