Below is the location of all current taxi ranks in the Tendring District, together with the number of vehicles which are permitted on each rank.
Clacton on Sea
Chapman Road: 16 spaces.
High Street (outside Sainsbury's): 4 spaces.
Pier Avenue (Warwick Castle Market); 6 spaces.
Rosemary Road West: 2 new spaces.
Station Road: 11 spaces.
West Avenue: 5 spaces.
Waterglade: 3 spaces

Connaught Avenue: 1 space.
Walton on the Naze
Portabello Road: 2 spaces.
The Parade: 3 spaces.
Other Areas
Harwich: The original rank was unused and does not now exist.
Brightlingsea: The original rank was taken over by the bus company.
