We are responsible for the repair, maintenance and cleaning of the 41 public conveniences in the Tendring District.
The National Key Scheme (NKS) offers independent access to disabled people to around 7,000 locked public toilets around the country. Radar keys to access disabled facilities are available from any Tourist Information Centre (TIC), including the TIC at the Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton, CO15 1SE.
For further information on the scheme, or to order a key online, please see the Disability Rights UK web site.
If you would like to report a problem, including vandalism, or have a complaint about the cleanliness of the toilets please telephone Parking Services on 01255 686969 (voicemail is available out of hours), email klawless@tendringdc.gov.uk or you can complete our online Report It form.
