My fine was issued when I was parked by the road:

Parking along the roads and streets (on-street parking) is managed by Colchester Borough Council under the North Essex Parking Partnership. If you have a query or parking fine/PCN (penalty charge notice) relating to on-street parking please visit their website or call 01206 282316.

My fine was issued when I was in a council owned car park:

Please note you can pay your car park parking fine/PCN by credit or debit card the next working day after it has been issued. If you choose to pay less than the amount due the Council will pursue the outstanding balance which may lead to additional charges. Cheques and postal orders can also be accepted at any time.

Cheque or postal order through the post:

Please enclose your PCN remittance slip or write your PCN on the reverse of your cheque/postal order. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Tendring District Council.
