Tendring District Council want to work in partnership with local residents to support a big clean up within the Brooklands and Grasslands Area.
During the week there will be an opportunity for residents to visit Lotus Way where the Council will have facilities for you to dispose the following items:
Black Bags
Mattresses
Fridges
Sofas
We will NOT accept the following items:
Paints
Liquids and Oils
Gas Bottles
No Chemical or Clinical Waste
Asbestos
Batteries
If you have any of these items a team member will be on hand to advise you how to properly dispose of them.
The Council will also be patrolling and working in partnership with Essex Police, Essex County Fire and Rescue and other local Partners who will be on hand to support you.
We will be inviting residents from the below roads on each day between 10am-2pm to dispose of their waste and our team will also be on hand to engage and support.
Monday: Swift Avenue, Talbot Avenue, Wolseley Avenue, Sunbeam Avenue, Hillman Avenue
Tuesday: Morris Avenue, Bentley Avenue, Brooklands Gardens, Austin Avenue, Alvis Avenue
Wednesday: Humber Avenue, Riley Avenue, Essex Avenue, Vauxhall Avenue, Fiat Avenue
Thursday: Belsize Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, Napier Avenue, Buick Avenue, Lanchester Avenue, Daimler Avenue
Friday: Crossley Avenue, Singer Avenue, Rover Avenue, Standard Avenue, Triumph Avenue
