There are several options for paying your Service charge bill and you can choose the way which is most convenient for you:

Any invoice sent to you by the Council can be paid using this system. For more information, please go to the online and automated telephone payments page.
Direct Debit through your bank or building society account. A choice of payment dates is available - either the 1st, 8th, 15th or 20th of each month.
If you wish to pay your service charge by Direct Debit and are not currently paying by this method, please contact the Admin Support Manager on (01255) 686460.
Direct Debit is the easiest and cheapest method of making payment, both for you and us. In addition, by reducing administration costs, paying by Direct Debit helps to keep the level of everyone's bill down.
You can pay your service charge by sending a cheque or postal order, together with your account counterfoil, to any of the collection offices.
