Apply for a local authority search

Your search requisition will need to include completedLLC1 and CON29 forms (and CON29O where applicable), along with a copy of an up to date extract from the Ordnance Survey.

Please provide a contact telephone number and we will check the application and call you between approximately 9 and 10am on the morning we accept your search to take payment via a credit or debit card

Search Cancellation Policy

Searches may only be cancelled, and your fee returned, if the Local Land Charges office is notified before the search is accepted.
