To process applications for project submissions and grant funding supported by the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund, and Rural England Prosperity Fund.

In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation: Article 6, Section 1 (b) -processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract

  • Project location and details
  • bank sort code and account number (if application is successful)

How long do we keep your personal data

2 years – this covers the remaining funding period for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Rural England Prosperity Fund (funding period ends 31 March 2025) and covers three months beyond this to support government reporting requirements.
