To maintain the contacts list of persons who have expressed an interest in acquiring council owned property

Article 6 Lawfulness of Processing (Section 1, (a)):

The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Personal details as required.  These may include:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Type of property sought
• Location of property sought

Contacts list is reviewed and updated on an annual basis or where consent is withdrawn by data subject.

Relevant external agencies and third party organisations only for the purpose detailed above.
