To process bookings for Emergency Planning events including training courses and exercises and record attendance.

Personal details as required.  These may include:

• Telephone numbers
• Place of work
• Dietary requirement (if refreshments are provided)
• Whether or not you have any special requirements regarding access into the booked venue

This data is retained for a minimum of 5 years, due to audit purposes.
