Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

• Address
• Email address
• Telephone of applicant or their representative

Personal information is retained in accordance with the Council’s published Corporate Retention Schedule and the Building Regulations 2010.

Applicant, their nominated representative and relevant internal officers and departments.

Individuals themselves (Data subjects) or nominated representative.

No automated decision making applies to this process.
