This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community (TCBGC) Project Team, working with neighbouring authorities, key stakeholders and developers, to have a comprehensive oversight of infrastructure requirements and delivery throughout the planning application process.

The Project Team is a multi-disciplinary team of planners, urban designers and other built environment professionals, working across the joint authorities of Tendring District, Colchester City and Essex County Councils.
Our ideal candidate will have an excellent grasp of development management, planning policy implementation and the application of national legislation when reviewing planning application documents. You will have experience of negotiating detailed community infrastructure requirements, and overseeing legal aspects, such as S106 agreements, to facilitate timely infrastructure provision within the Garden Community.
