Rent Management Officer

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Housing Rents Team and be responsible for recovering rent for our housing stock, garages, DIYSO and Shared Ownership properties.

You will be required to manage and maintain customer records, proactively contact residents to discuss rent accounts and determine rent arrears cases for recovery action in accordance with the rent setting and collection policy. The role will also involve offering assistance and advice

with claiming benefits, including Universal Credit and Housing Benefit.
