We are looking for an enthusiastic Building and Maintenance Surveyor to join the Development and Building Team who maintain the Council owned housing stock, including garages, sheltered schemes and communal areas.

This is a great opportunity to work across a range of projects including the preparation, supervision and administration of annual and other maintenance contracts.

You will need to be a driven, self-motivated individual with a sound knowledge in building construction. Consideration will be given to applicants who are new to this area but who want to go onto develop their knowledge and skills.
