Carol is the Organisational Development Manager for Tendring District Council. She has over 40 years of experience in the learning and development field much of which has been with the voluntary sector, including as the Head of Learning and Education for Alzheimer’s Society. Carol has also worked as a freelance consultant for a number of voluntary and public sector organisations. She has a Masters Degree in Organisational Change and is a Fellow of CIPD.

She is proud to be the line manager for Career Track. ‘It feels like coming home.’ She said ‘I started my career way, way back as a trainer for what used to be known as the Youth Opportunities Programme. That was at roughly the same time Career Track was founded!’
