These searches guarantee comprehensive replies to the official LLC1, CON29R and CON29O enquiries.
LLC1 Form
The LLC1 form is a requisition for an Official Certificate of Search of the Local Land Charges Register and contains information registered against a property or land. This could reveal matters such as Tree Preservations Orders, whether the property is a Listed Building or Enforcement Notices.
CON29R & CON29O Forms
The CON29R form comprises a set of standard enquiries compiled by the Law Society which allows the potential purchaser to find out specific information relating to the property. The search includes matters such as road schemes, the property planning history, building regulations and conservation areas. There are 19 optional enquiries on the CON29O form that may also be requested; questions cover matters such as public footpaths and pipelines in the vicinity of the property.
