We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor, with a particular focus on employee relations to join our HR & OD Team.
You will be a CIPD Member, ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5 and have experience of helping to drive change initiatives in support of business needs. In line with the Council’s policies and procedures, you will coach and advise managers on the most appropriate and cost effective employee relation interventions in order to achieve the best outcomes, while minimising risk and ensuring cases are resolved quickly and effectively.
You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively, with the professionalism to challenge when necessary.
Using a variety of methods, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you will be required to undertake research to support the development of corporate HR & OD policy and procedures.
