We have an excellent opportunity to join our friendly IT team based at the Town Hall, Clacton on Sea, allowing you to gain a qualification tailored to the needs of your role, whilst earning a wage.

As a level 2 Apprentice, you will learn to deal with a variety of admin duties including general, financial and Information Governance tasks. In addition to answering calls and emails from colleagues who may need assistance with IT.  The role requires excellent communication skills verbally and written, good customer service and organisational skills (not necessarily IT skills).

Full training will be given on all financial and Information Governance procedures and legislation as well as ICT applications and processes used within the job role.

Alongside working for Tendring District Council, you will study towards a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, supported by the Career Track team.

This apprenticeship will provide the post holder with practical hands on experience acquiring the confidence you need to succeed.
