Jack and the Beanstalk cast

Time is running out for people to come and see this season’s pantomime at Clacton’s Princes Theatre.

Jack and the Beanstalk, which has received rave reviews, runs until 1 January 2022 with performances every day except Christmas Day in the last week.

There are still some tickets available and Alex Porter, Cabinet Member for Leisure and Tourism at Tendring District Council (TDC), which runs the Princes Theatre, encouraged people to buy now.

“Pantomime is such a magical experience, and what better way to spend some of the Christmas break than taking in Jack and the Beanstalk at the Princes Theatre,” Councillor Porter said.

“There is not long left for you to come and see the show, so book your tickets now.”

If audiences cannot make it to see Jack and the Beanstalk then why not book to see the Easter pantomime The Wizard of Oz, starring Kerry Katona and Basil Brush, or the 2022 Christmas panto Cinderella.

All three are staged by Anton Benson Productions.

“We know what a great quality show Anton Benson Productions put on with their tried and tested formula, so you can book in confidence for a future performance,” Councillor Porter added.

Tickets can be booked through the Princes Theatre website at www.princestheatre.co.uk or by calling the Box Office on 01255 686633 option one.

Programmes for Jack and the Beanstalk can also be pre-ordered with tickets, and this year the guide includes a competition for the chance to win a £50 Princes Theatre voucher. Vouchers are also on sale online, and make an ideal Christmas present.
