This is a 2 year temporary contract.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy Customer Support team based in our housing reception at the Town Hall, Clacton on Sea.
You will be dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone and by email.
The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding and experience of delivering excellent customer care whilst also being able to provide business support to internal colleagues.
A background in social housing is desirable but not essential.
