The High Court has granted an injunction to stop all camping, including overnight camping, in selected areas during the Clacton Airshow period.
Tendring District Council (TDC), which runs the annual event, applied successfully for the order at the High Court of Justice in London on Wednesday, 31 July.
The order will run from 00.01am on Thursday, 15 August 2024 through to 11.59pm on Saturday, 31 August 2024, and covers specified areas in Clacton.
