Join us for a spectacular display of large kites from East Anglian Kite Flyers. https://www.eastangliankiteflyers.org.uk/gallery.shtml(link is external) The kite festival weekend will be held on Saturday 26/07/2025 and Sunday 27/07/2025. 10am- 4pm each day. Families, children, and adults are welcome. There is disabled access, toilets, baby changing, a shop, and a café/refreshments. The displays are free to attend. There will also be a chance to decorate your own kites to fly and keep for £8 per kite with our kite workshops which will be running both days. Imperial Birds of Prey Academy bring their informative and fun show to The Naze, capturing your attention and imagination. Covering a wide range of topics that include conservation, habitat, diet, adaptations and biology and giving you the opportunity to be up close and personal with these magnificent birds. This is a 2 hour talk with a 15-minute Q and A/ tea break in the middle. The first half of the talk will be showcasing the animals- getting them close to visitors, and the second half is more 'action' related- birds flying over the top of peoples heads, mammals running on the floor etc.
